The solution can be used with the Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS or any other WMS or transactional software system from which measurable data can be obtained using our RESTful API. Users can create their own Billing Client or simply make use of the USP Billing Client if preferred.
Billing is WMS agnostic. We initially created Billing to work with Dispatcher WMS transactions and storage locations as the majority of our one hundred plus customers are Dispatcher WMS users. However, it can equally be used with Discrete, BY WMS, other WMS Vendors or even other transactional software systems if so required.
Billing is designed to be easy to set up. Therefore, this product is ideal for smaller clients (low number of transactions or limited activity) or short-term clients that don’t stay in your warehouse for a long time.
Equally the solution is fully scalable for larger Clients with higher transactional or storage requirements
The solution is highly configurable and user intuitive. Pricing Rules and Grouping Rules can be applied for specific Sites/Clients etc.

How does the Socius24 Billing solution work?
Billing uses a modern Restful API to receive data and post data wherever it is required. This means the Socius24 Billing system is database-independent (SQL/Oracle etc) and can be installed On-Premise, VM or Cloud hosted. Billing makes use of a modern/configurable UI. If the USP Billing client is used, navigation to drill into additional related data via hyperlinks provides a more efficient user experience. The application will be driven functionally by the user base as well as containing features and functions that Socius24 believes will enhance the Customer’s usability of the product.
Creating an invoice from the Billing Application can either be a configurable Client iReport making use of the Advanced Print mapping feature (when using Dispatcher as the WMS) or alternatively the Billing data can be interfaced via the API to the Customer’s ERP/Financial systems if so required.
Flexible Software License Costs
The Billing Application license to use is a ‘rental’ so not a perpetual license model. Therefore you can flex up and down (from the minimum of 5 Clients) as and when your business requires.
The Billing rental price reduces when more Billing Clients are added. Support and Maintenance and new product features and functions are also included in the monthly/annual fee.
