We are delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted for the Supply Chain Excellence Awards 2023!
The pioneering User Services Portal (USP) Application developed by Socius24 is being considered for the Geek+ Supply Chain Visibility awards – where contenders have made a major contribution to Visibility within the Supply Chain. The award recognises projects that can demonstrate excellence in supply chain visibility right through the supply chain.
Visibility is at the core of User Services Portal (USP) – the software system built by Socius24 Limited to support the Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS. Showing the right information to the right person, at the right time, in the right way, in the right place is exactly what USP is designed to do.
That person might be a warehouse operative, or a manager roaming freely around the warehouse floor (rather than being stuck in an office). They might be a customer service representative, or an actual customer accessing the information online. They might be a carrier – or even the business owners themselves.
Designed to be user-intuitive, User Services Portal reduces the onboarding time of new staff to a minimum, increasing efficiency and reducing training costs, and expensive errors.
Sustainability is also a huge part of why USP was built. The most sustainable computer equipment available is the kit that a business already has. USP was built to be displayed on any device that can run an internet browser.
