The pioneering User Services Portal (USP) Application developed by Socius24 is being considered for the Geek+ Supply Chain Visibility awards – where contenders have made a major contribution to Visibility within the Supply Chain. The award recognises projects that can demonstrate excellence in supply chain visibility right through the supply chain.

Visibility is at the core of User Services Portal (USP) – the software system built by Socius24 Limited to support the Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS. Showing the right information to the right person, at the right time, in the right way, in the right place is exactly what USP is designed to do.

That person might be a warehouse operative, or a manager roaming freely around the warehouse floor (rather than being stuck in an office). Socius24 named Blue Yonder Selling Partner of the Year for 3rd Consecutive Year

For the fifth time in the last nine years, and for the third year running it has been announced that Socius24 Limited have been chosen as the Blue Yonder Partner Leadership Award, Selling Partner of the year for the UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Socius24 had already won the award in 2014, 2017, 2020, 2021 and now for 2022, having commenced their partnership with Blue Yonder (previously JDA and formerly RedPrairie) in 2013.

Socius24’s USP is that it is run by two former Directors of RedPrairie, Craig Jones who previously managed Services and Alliances, and Ray Williams, who previously headed up the Dispatcher WMS development department.

Between them, they have a wealth of knowledge, not only of the Dispatcher WMS product, but also of the Logistics and Warehousing industry as a whole.

But the company’s experience doesn’t stop there, a significant proportion of its employees worked for many years in various roles with the Dispatcher WMS product or project delivery – some since the very beginning of the WMS’ development.

“We believe that we employ some of the most experienced Dispatcher WMS personnel available”, said Ray Williams, “and when it comes to things like implementation and customer satisfaction, we believe that it shows.”
