What to expect when you work with Socius24

Advanced Warehouse Management Systems offer massive opportunities to the right business, but as with any digital transformation project, there are lots of moving parts that need to be addressed. We also implement our own home-grown mobile apps – User Services Portal (USP) which was written by the same developers who originally developed Dispatcher WMS (and who now work for Socius24). USP was developed to support and augment the functionality offered by Dispatcher WMS and expand the physical places in which it can be used. We also implement eBilling, our own database-independent and system-agnostic third party logistics billing application.  

We don’t dabble in any other WMS systems.  

As former employees of LIS, RedPrairie and JDA, many of the Socius24 team were involved in the original development, testing and deployment of Dispatcher over the years. We believe it to be the most highly functional WMS available and it’s the one we implement exclusively. 

We’ve won more awards than any other partner from Blue Yonder as their preferred EMEA reseller. And we’ve worked with over 125 Dispatcher WMS customers in the 11 years since Socius24 was incorporated (and completed hundreds of implementations before that, as former employees of the businesses mentioned above).  

We were also the first partners worldwide to install the latest Dispatcher WMS UI to net new customers in early 2024. And we’re in the process of helping our existing customers upgrade their older Dispatcher WMS systems to the new UI now.

Consulting phase 

We begin our partnership with an in-depth consultation so that we fully understand your unique challenges and needs when it comes to your warehousing operations. We follow our own bespoke 4D methodology for the project, which has been honed through 30+ years of working with Dispatcher WMS 

This methodology ensures that we can tailor the solution we provide you – exactly. We assess every aspect of your current operation and your future aspirations so that we can develop a WMS strategy that will work for you now, but also anticipates future growth. 

Once we know what you want to achieve, we map out a structured and meticulous implementation plan that involves some of the most experienced project managers and technical experts in the industry.  

They’ll guide you through every step of your WMS deployment.  

Our aim is to ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption to your ongoing operations. In real terms, this means that our team works closely with yours, ensuring that every phase of the project meets agreed milestones and outcomes. 


In our experience, the key to a successful implementation can be found in transparent and continuous communication. 

Throughout the complete process, Socius24 maintains an open line of communication at all levels of the company (up to and including a designated managing partner who oversees your project). We provide regular updates and are proactive and responsive when it comes to queries or concerns.

Training and Support 

We are a little different from many other resellers and implementation partners in that we plan from the start to deliberately obsolete ourselves out of your operation.  

We’ll always be there to support you, but we know from experience that the greatest successes arrive when you can stand on your own two feet (operationally speaking). And because of the training we offer, by the time you get to this point, you will know your system very well indeed. The ideal outcome is where you don’t need to continue to pay us to run your business because you’ll know exactly what to do. 

Because of this, we focus heavily on ensuring that your team is proficient and confident when it comes to using Dispatcher WMS. We do this through tailored and comprehensive training – we won’t waste time training you on parts of the system that are irrelevant to your setup. But we will make sure that you know exactly how to do what you need to do. 

Post-Implementation Support 

Post install, we are always available to provide ongoing support and resources to address any operational queries. We’ll help you troubleshoot any issues, and we’ll help you make sure that your system is running at peak efficiency. The support that we provide extends far beyond typical customer service – we can help you problem solve – and we’ll be there for any eventual updates or enhancements that you decide you need, as your operations evolve and expand.
