“Which functions are best for me right now?” We answer that question every week. As your business evolves, we advise on what to turn on, what to retire, and what to extend.
Onboarding new team members, retraining on new releases, or building deeper expertise. We deliver tailored training in person or remotely, in 50+ countries.
Omni-channel fulfilment, cold chain, multi-client environments, international roll-outs. We support 3PLs locally and globally with Dispatcher WMS and USP extensions tailored to multi-customer operations.
Every Dispatcher WMS install is tailored. We size the initial setup to your current needs and turn on additional functionality as you grow, with no upgrade required to access what’s already in the system.
The depth of product knowledge, openness and agility that we offer makes Socius24 the trusted advisor for some of the largest retail and manufacturing operations in EMEA.
Yes. Socius24 has delivered upgrades from every legacy version of Dispatcher, including RedPrairie and JDA-branded releases – through to the current Blue Yonder release. Our 30+ years of Dispatcher experience means that we have engineers who worked on the platform under every one of its incarnations. Our developers have worked with Dispatcher during and ever since its initial creation.
It depends on your starting version, the number of bespoke modifications or customisations you have, and the testing approach you want to take. A straightforward technical upgrade can be completed within a few weeks; a full upgrade project that revisits modifications and trains your team might run for much longer. We’ll give you an estimated timeline as part of your upgrade assessment.
We start all upgrades by reviewing every current modification you have. Many can be retired because the latest Blue Yonder release now includes the functionality natively, which may lower annual maintenance fees. Where a modification is genuinely unique to your business, we may be able to either rebuild it cleanly in the new release or deliver it as a User Services Portal (USP) extension that sits alongside your core WMS. Our preference is to do as much in USP as possible, as the upgrade and update path is managed separately to Dispatcher WMS, which reduces cost and complexity.
No. We provide a parallel test installation of the new Dispatcher UI. Your live operation runs unchanged while your team trains on the new UI, validates functionality, and (for 3PLs) demos it to clients. When you’re ready, we cut over.
