Socius24 was founded in 2013 by Craig Jones and Ray Williams, two LIS/RedPrairie veterans who’d spent decades building and implementing Dispatcher warehouse management systems for some of the world’s biggest brands.
Their business plan was simple: “on time and on budget” isn’t enough anymore.
They’d seen that WMS projects tended to fail when implementation partners didn’t understand operations in as much depth as they understood the software that they were deploying.
Craig and Ray wanted to build something different – a company of WMS Consultants who earned their place at every level: from the warehouse floor to the boardroom.
Over a decade later, Socius24 is a Blue Yonder Sales and Services Alliance Partner that’s trusted by over 150 operations in over 50 countries – from FTSE-listed retailers and global 3PLs to specialist manufacturers.

Meet the partners
Two people, nearly four decades of WMS.
Craig Jones
Craig has spent more than twenty-five years getting WMS implementations over the line in places that, at the time, other people said they couldn’t be done: Spain, Russia, Poland, Israel, South Africa.
He led the expansion of Blue Yonder’s WMS predecessor across Europe in the 1990’s and has personally delivered first-time Go-Lives in more than fifteen countries.

What customers tend to remember about working with Craig is that he doesn’t leave.
Projects close when the customer is genuinely satisfied, not when the contract says they should.
Ray Williams
Ray is the brain behind the original development of Dispatcher, back in the 1990’s.
Computer Science at Aston, MBA at Henley, and the board-level Product Development Director at LIS before its acquisition by RedPrairie, Ray has spent more than thirty years pushing the boundaries of what WMS software can actually do, often before the rest of the market realised that it needed to do it.
“I’ve helped to build products that are running at M&S, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Glaxo, ASOS, DHL, DSV, and in hundreds of other operations across pharma, 3PL, food, fashion, FMCG and e-commerce.”
Today Ray applies that same product instinct to Socius24’s own bolt-on tools – including USP, AskUSP and eBilling.
