We’d like to invite to you to one of two exclusive online events, where you can find out more about the Socius24 User Service Portal – USP. This software, developed by ourselves and now widely used by our customers, seamlessly integrates with Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS to bring a host of new features and benefits to enhance Dispatcher performance and functionality and so also the user experience.
The first event will refresh “in-depth” the knowledge of existing users, as well as providing a detailed overview of new and planned functionality, plus a Q&A.
The second event will be an introduction and demo of USP explaining to potential new users how USP functionality can enhance their existing Blue Yonder WMS and optimise their warehouse and admin operations, plus a Q&A.

The Alliance Partnership (TAP) offers customers deep, domain knowledge of and experience with Blue Yonder solutions globally.
eWave Mobile, HIT-Kody Kreskowe, Open Sky Group, and Socius24 announce the formation of The Alliance Partnership (TAP), a global coalition of partners who sell, implement and support Blue Yonder’s supply chain, planning and execution solutions.
With a combined team of more than 160 skilled and certified resources, TAP will have the reach, experience, and deep domain knowledge to sell, implement and support Blue Yonder solutions for local and global customers. TAP will provide customers with flexible project delivery expertise and access to an interconnected partner ecosystem to fully leverage their investment across Blue Yonder’s solutions, including LuminateTM Logistics, Luminate Planning, and Luminate Control Tower.
“Being able to offer our customers a wide range of Blue Yonder software solutions, almost anywhere in the world, is a real advantage to the market. USP provides additional visibility and functionality which can be used by a range of users within your company and also gives you the opportunity to extend visibility of stock to your customers, so reducing your “cost to serve” whilst offering them an enhanced service.
The beauty of USP is that the information can be tailored to the specific needs of each user, for example, the information required by a warehouse user will be different to that required by the customer services team.
